Got me wondering...

I was in the garage tonight flocking the tails on my FB's and I noticed there appears to be a slight difference in feather detail in some.( on the Actives) I know the feeders, lookers, and actives are a diffrent mold, but this got me wondering.
How is it the decoys are made? Can someone take us thru the process? How many molds around you running, how many decoys can be made in a day?
I thought it would be neat to hear about the end we don't get to see. Thanks
