Problems with 12 slot bags?

Has anyone else run in to problems with the new Avery 12 slot decoy bags? I have one that ripped on me and I know 3 other people that have had the same misfortune. When mine ripped I was carrying it using the shoulder strap and two of the pockets ripped near the side of the bag. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had the same problem?

This is the first I have heard of a 12 slot decoy bag tearing. Contact the Avery Customer Service Department regarding your bag. I will post the information below for your convenience.

We used three of them for 20+ days in North Dakota. We didn't have a single problem with any of them. When customer service gets you taken care of, we will need you to send in the bag so we can look at it and find out why it failed you. If you can, let me know what was in the bag when it ripped.

Sorry guys but I got better customer service from Cabelas. They are sending me a new one and told me to keep the old one. They did the same for a buddy of mine as well. The best I could do for you guys is send you a picture of the bag.

At the time the bag ripped I was carrying 9 tan cork decoys that I made.
