I recieved my Mack's Prairie Wings catalog about a month ago and noticed that they were offering GHG Mallard feeder decoys in 4 packs for 12.99 I think. So I'm about to order three 4 packs last night and pick up my "new" catalog and notice that they have been discontinued. Why is this and will GHG be producing these in the near future?

P.S. They looked friggin awesome in the catalog.

We are trying to make the most realistic feeder butts in the industry. We ran into a snag when we started blow molding them. We have to change some things to them to be able to keep the look we want. It takes some time to change the mold. We decided to shoot for 2005 rather than put a product that doesn't meet our standards on the market.

Rick couldn't have said it any better. We are planning on adding the Duck Butts our 05' line-up. I have seen a couple of the prototypes and they are awesome but we were not satisfied with the over-all shelf appeal of them.

Thanks,

Thanks guys. I knew I could get a good explanation and some fast feed back. Keep up the good work and I'll be looking forward to see those duck butts in '05.

I know for a fact that these mallard butts will be well worth the wait. It is about time that a realistic butt decoy was produced. It won't be much longer for all of the snags to be worked out and for these things to be on the shelves. Thank you for the interest in the Greenhead Gear product line.
