Wondering what is Avery's quality control on all their decoys?
Just wondering with all the "minor" problems with the full bodies and some of the duck decoys(last year), the nuts loosing on the bases I know you have fixed these problems but what are you doing in the future so these problems don't surface?
I think that you can keep the plastic corn cobs and spent that money elsewhere, in my mind that is a total waste of money.
Just my 2 cents on the full bodies so far.

FYI: I sent an e-mail to customer service with some paint issues on my feeders.

Quikshot, Avery/GHG has guys working all year long field testing products to ensure quality before it hits the market.
As changes are needed, the guys in research and development examine the problems, and work on them to make these existing products better.
When it comes to customer satisfaction and trying hard to get the hunters the most realistic hunting decoys, no one works harder than Avery.
Thanks for contacting customer service. Let them know your situation, and they will be happy to help you anyway they can to get you back out in the field with your GHG decoys.

We have taken many steps of ensuring better Quality Control. We have people at our factory whose sole responsibility is quality control. We are working on new programs to better quality control department. Avery's first and foremost concern is to produce products that are the highest quality in the business that is our main goal.

Steps are being taken on a daily basis to ensure that the products that are produced by Avery and Greenhead Gear are of the highest quality in the industry. We are working hard every day to get this down to a science. We are employing more and more quality control people at our warehouses and we have a very good team of customer service and support personnel. We make mistakes just like anybody and while we are coming up with ways to prevent these problems, we are taking the necessery steps to support our customers in getting the problems taken care of. We take pride in producing quality products and there is no way that we would let something as important as customer support slip through the cracks. We assure you that we will work hard to keep our customer base happy, satisfied, and energized. We are coming up with more and more ideas every day to produce innovative products, original products, and ways to keep our dealers and customer base happy. Thing are just getting started for Avery and it will continue to grow and get better. Please let us know any ideas that you might have that you could see being beneficial to you as well as other customers. Telling us that corn decoys are a waste of time will not get anything accomplished. We will work with everybody to get better at this game so please give us input that matters.
