Cabelas Backorder?

Since the comment has not been addressed on the "Mack's Backorder" thread, I was wondering if anyone can shed some light as to when the new blackducks will be shipped to Cabelas. I know that these are a hot item right now, but just curious if there is a production problem or just a supply and demand problem. Thanks.

I would say lack of an order. I only show an initial order of only 36 boxes. I didn't see anything so far as a re-order.

I was at cabelas in owatonna and seen a sign "coming soon" 36 boxes,still waiting, if you ask me cabela's didn't do their homework

Hmm...only 36 boxes...well I am ordering a box this weekend...so make that 37. I am suprised - I thought the blacks would be a hot item.

Anyway - how long do you think it will be before they are in at Cabelas ?

To answer your questions Cabela's did not see the demand for these decoys.
The demand has increased greatly and Cabela's is ordering them as needed, but the increase is surpassing there orders.

Please be patient and we will do our best to make sure that Cabela's looks at the potential demand for new decoys each year.

Backorders should start filling as containers arrive each week.

I recieved notice Friday that the Blacks that I ordered form Cabela's have been shipped. So they have arrived.

Just recieved my blacks from Cabelas today. They are as great as everyone described. Can't wait until November to ger some water on those babies........
