I was recently at Bass Pro picking up some GHG bills for this season. I used them last year and loved them, so I got two more dz for this year. When I got the dekes home, about half of the drakes in each box were missing paint. Almost all of the white on the sides of the drakes had peeled off in sheets, and it was laying inside of the individual bags. I had never had trouble with paint before on any of your dekes, so I checked the batch number on the boxes, returned them to BPS, and got two more dz with different batch numbers. These birds looked good. That was the only problem I ever saw with paint on your dekes, so I thought that it may be worth mentioning. Just for the record, my L.S. series mallards, hot buy mallards, widgeons, teal, wood ducks, and pins all look great. Thanks for producing quality and affordable, not to mention realistic, products for serious hunters.

George,

Sounds like a negative experience was quickly turned around into a positive one. Thanks for the kind words about our products. You have our apologies for the inconvenience created for you by the 2 boxes of defective decoys. Kudos to Bass Pro /Baltimore for their handling of the matter as well.

Thanks George for the comments. Whats that old saying? Something like they may have been built on a Friday or Monday. We are trying very hard to make sure this kind of mistake never happens, and I appreciate the patience. We will keep striving to perfection!
