summerkamp, TMK they should start showing up at dealers around the middle of October.

JED, you are right. There have actually been some containers already shipped that had specks on them. The decoys could show up sooner than we think.

Where are these first Specks supposed to go? Macks and Cabelas don't have them on their websites.

cabelas has them listed if you call and ask. they are saying the first of oct now. i called mack and the person there coulnt see where they had any coming but i am sure they do

ya it looks like it will be to late for me this year also. we head to castor/hanna alberta the 7th of oct. and in north idaho we dont have specks only canadian geese. maybe next year unless there is a miracle

Thats a pretty good area. They always struggle with water there, but not this year! I just love that country and there's always lots of birds. Good Luck.

I hunt about an hour and a half north of there so I'll make sure not to shoot too many "BARS" so that you can get a few!!

Altagoose, I dont have a problem with you shooting ''BARS', Just dont shoot the ''BANDS''!! :D

so alta goose you must be in the viking area. we were thinking of taking a drive up there to check it out on one of the many scouting trips we will drive. if you are looking to hunt from oct 8-15 let me know

I've shot a ton of Specks and never one with a band. It would be a bonus to get BARS and BANDS! There's a theme there!!!
