Nylar blind material

I am trying to make a larger cover out of a smaller one. Is there any good way of joining 2 pieces of nylar that will hold. I thought of maybe a hot glue but thought I would check with the experts first.. I am using your nylar material.

I would consider sewing the nylap together or using zip-ties to connect them.

Scott, Thanks for the help. I will give that a try. I was not sure if stiches would make the fabric rip.

I will second the zip ties idea. I have done this before and it held well. Sewing may be better but I'm no tailor!

If you do stitch it, you want to make sure and have your stitches per inch on the least it will go. What this means is that your stitches will be farther apart. If they are to close, it will weaken the material.
