Hey tom,
did you ever think of putting stubble straps on the dog vest, i think in flooded corn or cut corn it would work awesome.

Mike,

Stubble straps, handles or loop of any kind on a dog vest scare then hell out of me because of the potential for the dog to get hung up on brush or other obstructions while in the water. I see where you are coming from for field hunting, but it's when the dog goes in the water that the trouble starts.

It's one thing to have paint come off some decoys, but if we kill a man's dog...we can't replace a dog.

I never thought of that, just thought of my pooch chasing geese with corn stalks all over him, never being strangled. thanks for the reply.
