will the elites have the same paint scheme as the pro series?

The FFD Elite Full Body Geesse will have similar paint schemes and the Pro-Grade Full Body Geese.

As Eric said, the paint on the FFD's is similar to the Pro-Grade. Obviously the flocking will give it a different look with the paint being very similar.

Another advantage you are going to get from both the Pro-Grade and the FFD's is that they will have the real motion bases on 4 decoys per 6 pack. This movement will make both more appealling.
