...just a little! ;) My camera is a junker and I don't have the shutter speed to get the kill shots, takes too long to get going again after taking a picture. Here are a few pics none the less.
The geese worked pretty good for no wind. They would land on the drink and then walk up into the spread heading for the wheat. At one point we actually had a goose walk IN BETWEEN two Finisher blinds that were only maybe 5 feet apart!!!

Sweet pics Tony. At least you have the presence of mind to take pictures....I know I don't.

Tough to see without a good zoom, but in the last pic there are 5 birds up on the land walking through the spread picking grass. Can't even tell them apart from the decoys!!

Tony - you have some really great decoy set-ups. You've got me really thinking about where I can find ponds that I can create sets like that too. Awesome pics!

Awesome pictures. That spreads has to be visible from a pretty good distance and the blinds just disappear in there. Great job.

Mike, I love setting up land/water spreads when I can. They are easy because you can set most stuff on the bank and don't have to mess with several dozen goose floaters. We used to set 10-15+ dozen goose floaters when we were hunting water....it was a chore to say the least to pick up and put out everyday. These loafing type areas we are hunting are great, having both the land and water to work with you can set a spread tha looks incredible realistic. You get the benefits of land and lots of fullbodies/sleeper shells, but you also get the benefits of the water....to me a goose is softer over water. When you look at the calling and all things that go into a hunt, geese are generally easier to kill over water IMHO. Post some pics if you can find the right spot!
