I just wanted to post these pictures. I thought they were pretty cool. I saw this on Sunday afternoon. A group of Ross geese in the middle of a large group of cacklers.

Wow, talk about being segregated! There isn't a ross anywhere way outside of that cluster. Man I wish I could know what these geese were thinking sometimes.

Can't they all just get along? :D

You can't see it in the picture, but there was a huge group of Ross back behind this group about 300 yards.

I think the Ross' in the back are trying to flank the cackler's in the front. Their little buddies are in desperate need of some help.

That is a great pic Curt! Those Cacklers have ''completely'' surrounded the Ross geese.

I was neat to watch. The ross landed in the middle of the cacklers and then no cacklers would land in with the ross.
