A BIG Thankyou to Avery!!!

I just wanted to let the folks know at Avery that i am very pleased with their decoys. I have 18 Full body Hunter series honkers that i purchased recently and i am very happy with them to say the least.

I am just getting into the "goose hunting over decoys" scene and look forward to building a good flock for next season!!

Ive been reading on the defects that some people experience and i have this to say, deal with it.

I had some of the bases that didnt have the letters A or B on them, i found out which ones they fit and used a permanent marker to mark them, problem solved, no big deal. I also had where the eyes werent showing on a couple decoys, now that is gonna flare the geese, NOT, if they are close enough to see that minor defect, they are dead.

My next thing is to start purchasing the 6 slot bags, right now i use pillow cases to protect the bodies and old wool socks for the heads, then i stuff them into decoy bags, but, that aint cutting it as far as efficiancy goes!!
