I plan to purchase a Migrator blind & was searching the forum. I noticed a thread that mentioned that the Migrator may be changed for next fall so that it folds more like the finisher for easier transport. Any word on this?

We probably won't produce any Migrators in 2006. We have enough in our warehouse to cover the sales for 2006.

What changes would you like to see in the Migrator for 07.

Well. I don't own one yet but have looked at them & others carefully, the only thing I can see is having it fold down like the Finisher for transporting.
Thanks for your reply, I'm going to pick up one at Mack's tomorrow (hopefully they have one in stock) along with a neo-boot & give it a workout
the rest of the season.
Thanks again!

Tom,
They should have one instock. They also should have our NeoTub as well.
Thanks for the post,
Eric

Tomahog,
Mack's does have both the Migrator and Neotub in stock. We appreciate your purchase. Enjoy the rest of the season.

I really like the Migrator. We hunted out of them this year in the middle of a flooded impoundment with neo tubs and they disappeared. had a real good morning with a bunch of ducks and a 4 man limit of geese. This blind doesn't get the credit it deserves but then again its hard to compete with powerhunters and finishers.

I have been in a migrator for the past 2 seasons. I haven't looked at the "new" models to see what changes were made from the originals.
But I do believe that since bigger fellas tend to purchase the blind the most, the headrest needs to have more support. I am only 5' 10' 200lbs and I broke 2 headrests this year. Of course Avery got me the parts I needed to fix the problem.
One thing on all the blinds that I would like to see is a recess on the barrel rest so you can completly close the doors.

Yes i would agree that the headrest need some work I broke one this year too. I think that they need to make the migrator as tall as the finisher too because i have trouble moving my hands when callin in the migrator where the finisher i have no trouble.

The Migrator and Finisher are the same height when the Finisher is at its tallest point. The migrator is not adjustable like the Finisher. I think if you loosen the straps underneath the back-rest, that should put you down in the blind more. Hope that helps....
