Well, I bought an Avery thermos and love it, but in my excitment to help a junior in the blind, I knocked it over and stepped on the lid/stopper and broke it. The bottle and the cup are fine - it was the stopper.

Anyone know where I can purchase a replacement?

thanks

Call us in Customer Service at 800-333-5119. We can probably dig you up another relatively cheap (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). And thanks for purchasing our products!

Thanks again,

Thank you for the quick replies.

I will call.

P.S. This thing really does keep my coffee hot - for a loooooong time.

I sometimes will put soup in my neobottle. You're right it does keep it hot for a long time!

Thanks customer service folks! Travis, try Ramen noodles...they are awesome when it's cold!

Christian - you read my mind brother! I throw Ramen noodles in mine with hot sauce. Takes 3 minutes to do in the morning and the bottle keeps it warm all day.

If you want "chunkier" fare the Mega-Bottle is great for stews and chili...

They also work great at keeping beverages cold during warm weather hunts/fishing trips.

What I have done this year is boil some water and put it in the NeoBottle to warm it up, and then dump out the water and pour coffee in it the night before. The coffee usually stays warm until close to noon.
