I have been hunting with Greenhead gear mallard dekes this year with amazing results.
I use the over-size and the standard size mallards, but I emptied the sand from the wieghted keels.

When I drilled the sand out of the weighted keel over-size decoys they were somewhat prone to roll on thier sides in much wind. I easily fixed this problem by putting 4-5" of metal stock into the keel, with a cork stopper on the end. The dekes ride awesome with this adjustment, and are much lighter than the sand that came in the wieghted keel.

I think Avery should consider making a pontoon decoy, with multiple head positons like resting, feeder, etc.
In the area I hunt it is common for the water to drop from 6 inches to one inch, this causes a lot of my dekes to keel and the only dekes left looking realistic are my pontoons...

It would be great if Avery could explore making a pontonn style decoy, in all my hunting experiance pontoons perform the best and even have no problem in rough water.

Thanks for listening!
