I use a lot different brands of calls. My favorite short reed goose call is RNT (Kelley Powers). On my lanyard, I also have a Foiles Meatcutter. The Meatcutter also comes in handy for a locator call, during spring turkey hunting. As far as duck calls are concerned, there are a number of very good duck calls. My favorite is Mike Kellers (Big Guys Best). He makes a very good call and is very helpful with advise to make you a better duck caller.
My hunting calls are duck commanders and haydels.

Whatever Jerad Perkins or Matt Allen are using at the time - I leave the real work to the professionals. Another thing I have found is that it's all about location!

If any of you goose hunters haven't had a chance to try Freds new Little Man (LM 1)your missing out. Those of you that know me have seen that I own just about every goose known to hunting,I've had the LM 1 on my stringer since I got it last fall. THis call is suppose to be for smaller geese but the greaters we hunt eat it up like candy!

Hmmmmh,
I could probably blow a different duck call each day of the season and never blow the same one twice. But I like the Haydel's and recently I started blowing a Strait Meat Mallard. It's all in what YOU are confident blowing. As for goose calls I like the Foiles Strait Meat Honker. I also have a Magnum Clucker that a friend of mine modified and it is a hammer!
