what would it take to start an Avery dealership?

What would it take to start my own dealrship or sell Avery Products in a store front or internet sales?

The store where I am from just doesnt cut it. They never seem to have stuff I am looking for or their prices are to high.

Just thinking out loud here, but what would it take to start up a dealership to provide quality Avery products and give quality service that Avery is known for?
