Guys,

Generally speaking, because of liability issues, travel needs, etc., the minimum age for consideration on the Avery Pro-Staff is 21 years of age. Again, that is a general rule and in cases of exceptional candidates we may relax that age restriction. We are currently looking into a Youth Pro-Staff that will encompass the age group of Under 17-13 years of age. A formal announcement will be made via this MB when this new group is ready to be implemented.
