has anyone ever used the patternmaster choke I shoot a benelli sbe and the shells I use are federal 3 to 31/2 with my normal modified choke is their a big difference with the patternmaster, I decoy the birds close, is the pattermaster used for longer shots past 40 yards?

I'm not going to knock the patternmaster in anyway, but it wasn't the choice for me. I like to decoy my birds really close too and it was just too tight for my situations(I guess my skill also...lol). It was great for passing shots and and flare birds, but teal in the decoys was very humbling for me. I've since gone to Kicks High Flyer in Mod. and my shooting and kill/cripple ratio has great improved.
