Are there any instructional tapes or cd's that cover how to perform these calls?

There are several good instructional videos and CDs. Fred Zink's Ancient Art of Paralyzing is a good instructional video that covers all of the basic short reed notes. Shawn Stahl's Honker Talk is a wealth of information regarding call maintenance, short reed notes including the "willis", and call design. Dave Smith's CD Breathrough 2 is very good and has some advanced calling notes including spit note and the "willis".

Along with Rusty's instructions you should hook up with a guy near you that can perform all these notes in front of you and practice with him..maybe even get you a copy of Honker Talk and Zink's video.....someone like...ummmm.. me?
