Is there any states that offer hunting to none residents during september?

I am pretty sure Missouri doesnt have any residency requirements on the early season.

Some of the other MO guys can maybe back me up.

I was going to add and forgot...that the early season is first week of October however.

Alaska does. Our season starts Sept. 1 with no difference for non res. It is a trip, but early season geese and ducks is amazing.
