The way to go with the hotbuys, I think, is the ACE decoy anchors. You can find them on the Cabelas website. They use a bungee cord with a weight that fits perfectly between the keel of the decoy and the body.

With the keels so close to the body on the hot buys I either use a strap weight around the neck or a mushroom weight and wrap it around the neck. I have not tried the bungee cords on them yet. I love them on my life size decoys.

The GHG Keel Grabber weights are the only way to go in my opinion. They are a great fit and cut down on pick up time.

I agree with Tony. I am very impressed with the GHG Keel Grabbers....what an improvement over what I used to use.

Tony, and Jude are right you can't go wrong with the Keel Grabber's, they are the ticket.

I also use the keel grabbers on a number of my decoys, including the Hot Buys.

I have to throw my vote in also for the Keel Grabbers. I think they definitely cut down on the time you're picking decoys up and everyone knows what fun that is on a rainy cold day.

The keel grabbers are definetly the way to go. Even though the keel is pretty close to the decoy on the hotbuys they still stay on very well. Great product. Nate
