Sweatshirts

I have a question. Me and a few buddies are going to make custom sweatshirts for waterfowl hunting, this next year. I was going to put logo's on the back such as Avery, Zink Calls, and GHG. But with the whole registered trade-mark laws, will I be able to do that? Any help is greatly apprciated.

Really dont think they are gonna get mad at you for advertising for them,, Now if you were going to make them and sell them thats where the TM laws would come into effect

I would say no unless maybe you are affiliated with Avery somehow...

yes i agree that they wont get mad if you put there logo in a shirt...its nothing different from putting a sticker on ur truck. as long as you dont start selling and making a product with this and dont have their permission...then you run into troubles.

The difference of the sticker on the truck in they are generally a paid for product. If your that concerned over it H20Fowl Killer then call the companies you have in mind and ask them what they think. That will get you farther than asking the bunch of us.
