thanks for the advice. Is it ok to mud my blind now? Or should I wait until the season? Did you leave your killer weed in the full lengths? I cut mine into about 10" lengths. Do you rember me from the federalsburg contest and md state? I blow one of John Taylors calls.

Matt- Mud it up now. You never know when you WON'T have time later. But, it can be a good idea to redo it as the season goes. Some fields are lighter colored or sandier, and you may want to adjust. Or, you may just need to add some mud after it gets washed, scraped away.
The killerweed- do it how you want it. I like to have my blinds so I can still leave some vegetation or whatever, but still fold it up compact. Experiement and see how you do. Good luck
