Cluckin Crazy DVD didn't come!!

i am curious so thought i would ask.

well i ordered the DVD on Wednesday night, and picked 2 day shipping, only thing is the DVD didn't come today..has this happened to anyone else?..i would imagine it wouldn't be your fault but maybe it's just UPS, it wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't for the extra shipping money..will UPS ship at night?

I see that you are young man and probably have not had many dealings with UPS/FEDEX/USPS so i will try to help you if i can. First off im positive it is not any fault of Avery that your DVD did not show up and secondly in the delivery world a delay happens. I would be willing to bet it showed up the following day or the item you ordered from the company became backordered and that is your problem. You can always check with the company that is delivering the item to you as they will know where it is and when it will be there. Hope this helps.....

When ordering from zink from online does it give you a tracking number? Yes UPS ships day and night on the week days because I have tracked my order and saw the times of arivals at different stops. but I dont know about the weekends.

If you ordered it from a retailer then the best thing to do is to contact them and see what the problem is. If you ordered it from us then I apologize up front. What you need to do is give us a call so we can pull up your order and see what the problem is. I would be willing to bet that we do have a shipping number for your order and we can track it location.

Just give us a call and we will get things cleared up.

THE ORDER WAS PUT IN ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT THAT MEANS WE RECEIVED THE ORDER THURSDAY MORNING THE 21ST. WE SHIPPED THE ORDER ON THE 21st 2-DAY SHIPPING UPS, THAT MEANS THAT IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY THE 23rd BUT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR SATURDAY DELIVERY THEY DELIVER IT IN 2 ''WORK DAYS'' AND THAT MEANS IT WILL DELIVER ON MONDAY THE 25th AND IT DID. THE TRACKING SAYS IT WAS PLACED IN YOUR GARAGE ON MONDAY. I HOPE YOU FOUND IT AND REALLY LIKE IT.

it's no big deal now guys, i recieved it yesterday morning and watched it and i really like it, you guys did an excellent job, i figured since i put it in Wednesday night that you guys might not get it until Thursday morning. No harm done...and once again..great video.
