Hey guys, I was just wondering how all of you go about cleaning your duck and goose mounts ???

Also, I know that many people have asked before about Avery/GHG hooded sweatshirts on here. I was just curious what the progress was on them, I havent seen a thread on here about them in a while. I got my girlfriend wearing Avery apparel now and I think she wants me to get a hooded sweatshirt so she can steal it and wear it. tongue.gif she looks better in them then me anyways, haha. Thanks in advance guys.

Joe,

I clean my bird mounts with a feather duster. This will gently remove dust without damaging the feathers on the mount.

Post the question regarding the hooded sweatshirts on the Avery Product Question and Answer Forum. The TM's monitor that forum and may have updates regarding hooded sweatshirts.

Like Rusty I also use a feather duster or one of those As Seen on TV magnetic dusters; either will do a nice job.

I also use a feather duster or I'll use a grab-it, when I use the grab-it I just gently pull the grab-it over the mount.

Feather duster all the way but unlike Rusty, I don't wear the French Maid outfit!

I use a feather duster on my bird mounts also. On my deer mounts, I use pantyhose stocking, and gently rub it over the mount following the contour of the hair. This seems to remove the dust fairly well.
