How do i post pictures on this site. I have the pictures saved to my computer from my camera but how do i get them on to this site, and in the right size. Thanks in advance. P.S. I am purchasing some GHG fullbodies on monday.

The reply below is cut and pasted from our faq section in the upper right hand corner of the Avery Message Board.

How can I add images to my post?

NOTE: You should post images with dimensions of 640 x 480 pixels (or vice versa) or smaller, and no larger than 65kb. Anything larger than that will increase the download time of the post and make on-screen viewing difficult. After downsizing your images use the following steps:

Go to www.imageshack.us. (http://www.imageshack.us.) Browse your computer's files using the link on this web page. Select the image file and proceed to the next step.

Upon automatically returning to the imageshack homepage press the “Host it” button. Imageshack will then upload your image to their site and provide you with several options of hosting the image. Go to the bottom of the page to the “Here’s a direct link to your image” option and copy the URL link.

To post that image into your post, select “Image” from the Instant UBB Code below the Message Text box and paste the copied link from Imageshack into the provided message board window prompt, according to the instructions. To add another image, simply repeat the procedure from the beginning.

In addition to Imageshack, there are a number of other sites out there that allow you to host your pictures. Some ISP's even have it available to members. Do a Google search to find some options.

I just posted my first picture on a different Avery message board forum. The picture downloaded must have been larger than 640x480 pixels and/ or 65kb's, (it was huge)!! How do you make the needed downsizing changes to make viewing less difficult?
