Well, i just got back from the Sportsmans Warehouse-Waterfowl Weekend in MN. It was the first time i could actually make it and i had a blast! I couldnt stick around for the Open Goose, but all the other calling comps were pretty good. the best was the seminars and one-on-one talking with everybody.

Fred and Feild were there and they definately know thier geese!!!!!!!!!!!! If i scouted, studied, and knew as much about geese as you boys, well, it probably wont ever happen..............catfish is a different story though, i could tell ya the whole life from larval stage to a 45lber and how to catch em...haha. Anyways, you guys had some great info that i am sure will help put more geese on the ground for me!

Thanks for the decoy and callin pointers Freddie.... spit notes finaly starting to come around pretty good!

And thanks Field, for helping me with a few of my video/PC questions. i am just pre-warning you, i might shoot you a message or call some day if i get any more ideas/questions.

Brian, Freddie and Field are two of the most genuine guys to ever come along. Not bad on goose calls either :D

You are absloutly right both Fred, and Field took time to answer my questions, and just have a general conversation with me. I am extremely impressed with their knowledge of goose hunting, and calling. This weekend was definently worth the 2 hour trip to St. Cloud to see them.

Brian,
I'm glad to hear that you made it up to St. Cloud last weekend. Are you planning on going up to Game Fair? If you do, stop into the Sportsman's Warehouse tent and say Hi. I'll be working there both weekends.

I might have to pick your brain about some of your catfishing secrets sometime. I think catching some of those big fish would be a blast...
