Journal Notes: Fred and company came up to film for a few days. This was day one of three days filming as we wrap up our season here in the north zone of Ohio. We shot our 10-man limit of geese and added six mallards to the bag. We were done by 9:14 a.m. The two youth hunters enjoyed having the chance to meet Fred and his crew, being on film, hearing World Goose Calling Champion Field Hudnall wail on his calls, and sharing great stories with some of the best in the world of waterfowling. I am sure that DeWayne will be posting photos of yesterday and today's hunt in the near future.

John,

Are you sure there was only light to moderate rain? Fred looks as if he is expecting a flood!

Looks like a great hunt...thanks for posting up the JE.
