Nice stuff.

What type of elevation are you shooting from? Is it a pond/river bank or what?

Rob- Its a burm lined with trees. I would give anything to get lower, but there are signs all over saying "no one allowed past this point" and I won't push it. The lady is pretty nice to let us go down there as it is. Makes for a terrible angle (down) but, beats rubbing our eyes with steel wool!

I think the red you are seeing is a drake mallard's foot. Look at the other end and you will see his brown chest patch. That is also his suzie sittin beside him.
I think, i could be wrong though.

Great pics Mark! Those swans absolutely DWARF those geese.
