Is there any way in the near future that a adult pack of snows would be offered?
Offering a all white adult snow goose package would be great for anyone that wants to hunt with a e-caller in Canada (MB,Sk, and Quebec). Instead of 2 juvenile snows and 4 adult, you would get 6 adults. You can not hunt with any juvenile birds in your decoys when running a e-caller in the fall.
Has Avery given this any more thought? If not then most of us that want to use a e-caller will have to paint over the juveniles, or sell off our juveniles and buy more 6 packs and then sell off those juveniles.

Sorry, but with a e-calleur, you can only have snow goose decoys, but adult or juvenile doesn't matter. You can use boths (in Québec, I dont know for the other provinces)

In the fall you can not have juvenile snows or blues in your spread here in SK. with the e-caller. It has to be a all white spread in the Fall. I know that for sure, it must be different in Qe. Thanks Wayne, Bro

We are the same in Manitoba...must be all white decoys..which if they really wanted to affect the size of the snow goose population ....they would let us use the blues also...Our flyway is 60-70% blues...they are hard to decoy to an all white decoy set-up...We do not use the e-callers and match the rig to the flocks we are hunting//60-70% blue...

but looks like the ghg rig that Tony is using really does the trick..

In Quebec, you cannot use blues over an Ecaller, but you can use juvies. And if you use an Ecaller you can't shoot anything but snows. So those canadas are gonna fly by and you can throw a look, but that's it ;)

To me, that is what makes the use of e-callers only half as effective as they could be.... A spread consisting of 100% white and white only snows is just that- a decoy spread.. There is no doubt e-callers help but I wish they would change this law to allow the use of blue phased and juvy's....
I sure have never seen a field full of snows in my lifetime that consisted of no blue-phased birds... I am very impressed with how real and lifelike a spread of GHG's look and to me it is because you have the 4 versions you see in real live geese, pure white adult snows, greyish white juvy snows, juvy blues and the mature blues- eagleheads... Exactly as nature itself depicts... Hopefully something changes or Reg is on to something on the all adult snow pack...Here anyways...

I haven't heard any talk of it but it is a great idea. As many people there are that go to Canada and guys that live in and hunt Canada, it may be worthwhile to look at packaging some like this.

I actually know of some guys that hunt about all white spreads in the fall and spring seasons down in the states. They actually do just as good as anybody else hunting over windsocks. I wouldn't want to hunt over all white but it does work, blues are hard to see on some days anyway with certain backdrops, especially floaters.

I wonder if Rick or Tom would like to chime in here and give their two cents worth in regards to a all adult pack of snow FB decoys
