Not sure if it has been brought up or if there is even one out there but I was just curious to see if GHG might happen to come out with a turkey decoy. I'm sure it wouldn't be too bad of an idea. I know I would sure invest in one.....turkeys are definatley at the top of my list when it comes to bird hunting!! :)

Just curious!?!?!

Actually, we are really looking for a carver to carve them for us. We have talked to some people about this, but the price is too high to justify it at this time. We will keep you posted.

Thanks,

JJ reddickulously gay... LOL

If you made one would it be made of foam?
Or would it be like those old plastic flambaues(sp)?

I would rather it be foam for ease of transportation.

just curious

I'd rather see a quality, photographic image, inflatable decoy.

There is a decent one on the market, but it is not durable enough.

Maybe more than one model of decoy can be made...by Avery...

We have messed around way too long on this project, and I am pleased to say that I have finally convinced Fred to get serious about turkey decoys! He has told me from the very beginning that he WILL NOT carve turkey decoys because he does not feel he is qualified. We have found a couple of different guys who can do the job we are looking for, and the concept of the decoy we have is absolutely incredible. Please give us until next spring, and I am 90% sure we will have 2-3 hens, a jake and maybe a gobbler.

And another addition to the BadA$$ Series is on the way! Tom, hurry up and trademark this series before someone else does.

Don't mention anything about royalty fees either Wayne!

Never say never.....

Awesome......I'm REALLY excited to see the final outcome!! Just curious....would it be a fullbody...as in goose decoy wise....or would you make it out of the foam material??

Interesting picture Rod! How did the gobblers react to the decoy?

Thanks for posting that.

Actually Alan it's a game cam pic. I put the deek out in hope of getting coyotes attacking it. No luck but have plenty pictures of turkeys & deer all around it.
