Got this from a friend and it worked well with my brother's turkey.
Marinate turkey breasts in milk overnight. Take out and cover in Lowry's or any kind of rub that you want. To much does not hurt the taste. Wrap the two breasts in tin foil and add 1.5 sticks of sliced butter into the foil package. Seal tightly and leave a few wholes to breathe out the top. Cook for approximately an hour and fifteen minutes, but check it after 45. When it comes out, put it on a cutting board, pour some of the juices on it and slice it for hot sandwiches. MMM!!! This recipe is up to your discretion as to how much of what you put it...as you can tell I was very vague.
