Here you go gentlemen, all the comforts of the number one selling layout blind in the world, the Finisher, that packs up like a PowerHunter. Avery Pro-Staffer Jeff Kriet demonstrates the easy breakdown of the revolutionary ground blind. The NeoTub in which is used for the Finisher will also work for the new Ground Force, making access to those backwater holes easier than ever.. Once again, Avery and GreenHead Gear leaves the others playing "catch-up".

A zippered port in the doors opens to allow the user to "unlock" the frame sleeve with a push button, slide the sleeve up which breaks the door in half, giving this blind the ability to fold up and be carried on the hunters back.

Simply slide the backrest frame forward just as in the PowerHunter.

Looks like another item from Avery that I will be adding at some point. SO how much are one of these bad boys going to cost me?

How long does it take to assemble/disassemble it?
Paul Cupka

Oh, I'd say a whopping 30-45 seconds each way! Under a minute in the dark, with 25 mph winds and a thunderstorm. It is way too easy.

I cannot wait to get my hands on one of those for next year. Paul, thanks for posting the pics.

Thanks for the pictures. Believe me, 30 to 45 sec. tops. That may even be a bit to long. This thing breaks down and sets up in a flash and has all of the comforts of the ever popular Finisher.

Jsut when you think you have enough gear... looks like I will have to add one to my spread. The problem is, if I get one, I end up getting 2.

Well, if Eric is switching his blinds to these, I will also have to do it. He is also taking his whole spread to FFD Elites. I wish I could remember how many times he used that spread last year.

Thanks for the pictures guys. That really shows how easy that blind is to set up and take down.
Good looking gear. I have a question though:
From the photos it looks like the doors are shorter than usual, is that the case or is the long looking lower portion of the blind just an optical distortion int he photo?
Thanks,
Tupe

Already got rid of all my others in anticipation of the Ground Force! Can't wait.
Anyone have any ideas about the door size? Sorry to bring this back up but it is a question I have about the blind and it seems to have gotten lost in the mix.
In the photos it looks as though the doors are a bit shorter than the other Avery blinds. Or is that just a trick of perspective?
Thanks,
Tupe

Actually longer. Sometimes when getting into a Finisher my shins would hit where the front was. This blind is actually longer in terms of the cockpit making it much easier to enter and exit.

Does anyone know a price on these bad boys yet? Looks like I'll be getting a few more blinds this year.

This blind is going to be the ticket. We were able to hunt out of the new Ground Forces all season and we loved them. They set up and break down in an instance. They are very easy to transport and the best part is their low profile. The birds will never know what hits them. You also have a lot of room inside of the cockpit. I can't wait to get in mine again.
Good Hunting!

Thanks for the info. I had a feeling it might just be the angle of the photo that made it look that way. Looks like you guys have another good one. Keep it up.
Tupe
How is the visibility with this new blind being that it is lower profile. I think that is the only compliant I had when hunting out of the power hunter. I felt like I had to sit up to see.
Cant wait to get one of these. Almost bought a finisher several times this winter but I have been waiting on one of theses.

I had some slim pickin's in the model department. Not what Wayne promised me, except for the blonde hair, nothing else matched the description he gave me. Haha.
