If anybody on here has designed a website that integrates with our business software (MAS 200), please fire away at us. Also, PM me because we need some questions answered.

The rest of you have no idea what it takes to make this happen.

I think you guys need to reverse the polarization in the positronic network. If that doesn't work try increasing the current flow to the flux-capicitor to 1.21 gigawatts. Other than that I am out of ideas.

Guy's I am in the office, and we are working on this thing non-stop from when we get here, to when we leave. It is exhausting and very very very complex and time consuming. Were trying very hard to get it out to you.

Travis, you should go in the office and not on it. (I couldn't resist) Good luck with this major project.

If you were trying to integrate it with Bahn, I could help. MAS is a whole different can of worms.
In the interest seeing something up-to-date from Avery (and GHG) is it absolutely necessary to integrate? Guys (and Gals) have been asking the question for a long time. - Something - anything would be better than the dated material that is there now. - Heck, scan some photos and throw them together in a big PDF file . . . . . . . .

If it is this hard to get this thing started then I have to ask doesn't that mean it would be the same hassles year in and year out when you go to update the site with new products and information? I mean I know you guys want this thing to be perfect and the best in the industry but do you really want to take the wheel and upgrade it to the point that it won't even roll? I think we are going on two years this upcoming fourth of July aren't we? How much better can you make a website given two whole years??? I know you are Avery but really you don't have to outdo yourself on everything you do...especially something like this that isn't even for sale but would in fact help sales out if it was a quality run of the mill site that was up and running. Just my two pennies worth. Don't mean to offend anyone I just want to ask a question that I felt needed to be asked.

We are looking into selling some items on our new site. It is really what is holding us up at this point. Trying to link that damned shopping cart.

Thanks,

not to sound like a broken record but can't you just throw in the cart later when you get it done and throw the site up? :)

Really Guys, take a deep breath and go work on calling or something, waiting at the computer for a new site that is obviously complex and time consuming to create is just going to cause headaches.

All the product information is in our MAS 200 system. The website has to communicate with it to be able to have any products on the site. It has all the photos, copy, testimonials, product information sheets, etc. on it. Right now, it comes up blank.

Our whole goal is to not to have to have somebody have to re-write everything we want on the site in that weird website lingo. If we can get the two systems to start talking to each other, we got it.

Thanks,

We know that this has been a long time coming. We will keep you posted on the progress. If this software guy can't get it handled, I am going to post his name, phone number, and e-mail address for you guys to bash him.

Thanks,

Rick- That happened to Ford back in the late 80's when they were going to change the Mustang to a front wheel drive car. Mustang fans freaked, and Mustang magazine handed out the CEO's home phone number! The car was very quickly renamed the Probe, and the rest is history.

Rob,

GOOD ONE!!!!! Yea looking back it was a dumb question. What I meant to ask was, is everything that Avery makes be on there, or special items.

Bill Enville (spelling) is the guy you are refering to.

Since you got jokes, you owe me a hunt now. LOL
