This morning we stubled on an amazing discovery. While studying for finals we were also cutting up some pheasant to make pheasant dumpling. (Slow cooker helper-chicken and dumpling which is awesome in its own) We had a little left over pheasant breast so we thought we would do some experimenting. As it turns out it was pretty damn good. The recipe goes as follows.
4 Busch Lights (used while preparing)
2 pheasant breast cut into thirds
Pan Brown the strips
Make a tin foil pouch and add:
1can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 jar bacon bits
splash of ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheese
a few jalapanoes to taste
Put pouch on the grill for 1/2 hour on medium heat
All of theese measurements are approximations.
It certainly supprised us all. We didnt expect much but it was great.
