I have tried many decoy bags for my oversized Canada goose floaters in the active style and many of the standard bags "rough up my flocking"
So what bag do you guys recommend? I thought about the six slot like I use for the full bodies but not sure. I have only three floaters and plan to purchase 4 more very soon and would like to get my bag at the same time.

Yes I said three floaters not four one "flew the coop" on my way to a hunt. Semis arent nice to goose floaters. But its too painfull to rehash bad morning. Let me know what you guys recommend.

The six slot bag works great for the oversized floaters. The six slot snow/speck bag works great for lifesize floaters.

I placed mine in 6 slots. I also tried the floating bag and took the heads off. That worked ok, but the 6 slot works pretty slick.

I agree with Mark. I also use the 6-Slot Bags for all of my Oversize Canada Floaters. They stack perfect in boats and they protect the decoys as well. It is also nice ot be able to get out fo the boat and throw the bags over your shoulder to place the decoys. Let us know what you decide.

Good Hunting!

Chad,

Please go back and answer his questions. He clearly asked if the L-S floaters were available and the price difference between the two.

Thanks,

Tom

Here is a picture of the 6-Slot Motion Full Body Goose Decoy Bag with 6 O/S Canada Floaters. As you can see the decoys fit perfectly.

River, The L/S will be available around the middle of July and they will retail for around 79.99. The O/S Canada Floaters will retail around 99.99.

rr,

I have been using Avery 6-Slot Bags for the past two seasons for my O.S. Canada Floaters. Besides providing protection to my decoys, the 6-Slots provide a great way to organize my decoys to maximize the space in my boat.

The LS Floaters will start showing up around the middle of July depending on where you are located. The northern dealers obviously request earlier ship dates than do the southern folks. Mack's should have these in stock as early as anyone due to the fact that they request an early ship date to accommodate their catalog orders.

What one would you use for the L/S Floaters??

I guess I will hold off and get the LS floaters to add to my OS floaters. The size difference may be the ticket. Our resident birds will have a large size difference in them selves for most of the season due to a late hatch. I love the way the OS floaters ride and that strech neck decoy is just addictive I constantly have take a doubble take MAN THAT THING LOOKS REAL!!!!!
