Full Body Blacks In Cut Corn Fields

We usually shoot a few black ducks every year while hunting in cut corn fields. I was think about adding some black duck shells or full bodies to the field spread. I know the darker decoys show up well on the water. Do they have a similar advantage regarding their visibilty in dirt and corn stalks?

yah, not sure about chisel plowed fields, but combined corn field they would show up awesome. I will have some this year for that very reason.

I doesn't get much better than that. Thanks for posting the pics Wayne. With the additions of the full body resters and sleepers, the ducks in the field are really going to take a beating this fall.

If the field has been turned over and is really dark...I would think about adding some Pintails. I like the contrast of white on dark...what you are going for is visibility. Any way you can be seen better/farther, you have to try...

Thanks for the pics. I think I'll give them a try. Now I'll just have to hope and wait for full body wood ducks for the early season out there.
