Mack's Catalog / Avery products

Living in Canada how do you get one of your Macks Catalogs. There are no check boxes on Macks website for Canada, postal codes, or provinces to request a catalog. I have bought many avery products last year and this year. Will I be on you mailing list since I bought from Macks in the past.
If so when are the catalogs getting sent out for Canada, I really want one to flip through. Thanks
