just got off the phone with one of avery customer people told him what my problem was gave him my number to call me back at. 10 mins later he called me back and the part are on the way. all i have to say is that is the best the customer service i have deal wiht in a long time a+++++

Wish I had the same case. I was told yesterday I have to wait 4 months before some snow goose heads can be replaced. Oh well, what can ya do? Wait I guess.

Great experience on my end too; I called to order a new realfoot base for a looker. A week later is was on my doorstep and now that decoy is back in action.

The CS department is really on the ball. They do a great job of helping customers solve problems almost before they happen. If you have any problems give them a shout, they with either help you or point you in the right direction!

The customer service department really makes our jobs easier. I am sure glad that we have such good people there. Anyone with problems, please give them a call and they will do the best they can to take care of you.

I got a box of pro grades a few weeks ago and was missing a foot base so i called customer service and in about 4 days it was at my step! Awsome job guys.

All of the folks in the CS department do a great job. They really care about getting problems handled in a timely, professional manner. They are priceless...
