Early Season Goose in Nebraska

Im looking for a good place to go early season does anyone know anywhere that I can find some geese?

Near water? Just messin with ya. I am sure some Nebraska guy's may be able to help. If it were me, I'd hit the gravel and find some.

I live in Central Nebraska and they only have the early goose season in Eastern I would be quite a drive to just go out and try to find some geese.

chux - that is about what you are going to have to do. With the fileds still in and limited water in the basins your best bet is to find water near the burbs.
