Cabela's has description of all the bags, and pics of the bags should give you an idea of which decoys go in which bags as the pics usually are taken with decoys in them.

Ill assume that your talking about the goose bags. The motion bag is for the decoys that have the real motion systems. The other six slot bag is for the older real feet system. The only difference between the two is the slot size, the motion bag has smaller slots because you don't need to be able to fit the real feet bases in it.

Also if my information is correct the 2006 honker 6-slot bags have poly tops on both the motion and regular bags, the lessers/snows do not.
