Open my box of life-size i bought last year and i have a A body and B feet can i call them and get the right feet, thats the only one out of the box. How does oneto get the heads to fit right, i used soap and water they still don't fit right any help would be appreciated.

it took a little bit of forcefull love to get the heads on my actives. i also used soap and water, if they aren't sitting quite right i figured out for mine that i handn't screwed them on all the way. hope this helps

You can call 800-333-5119 to speak to Customer Service, they will be glad to take of your problem. As for the heads, use soap and water and make sure you have them screwed on the whole way. They can be a little tricky sometimes.

on my hunter series feeders the ridges that the heads go into where not all the way cut out, thus we had to use a nice to finish the cutting and then the heads fit perfectly.

I had the same problem and I called CS and they gave me the right feet.

I Called and i had to buy it cost 3.00 + shipping i can live with that. If i had the receipt they would have replaced it but they were bought last winter, don't know where it is, my mistake. Just getting around to putting them together should have check the the box, next time i will open them before i leave the store!

CS will take care of you regarding the feet and body mis match you have. I have used the exacto knife to trim the opening on the heads as well as I have used a hair dryer on high directly against the opening to increase pliability, DO NOT BLOW THE HOT AIR AGAINST THE FLOCKED SURFACE, and had success as well. If you use heat, be sure that you don't want to take them off each time you hunt.
