Thank you for the responce. I had contacted Reef Industries and the are a reseller of NYLAP also. They use this product for reinforcing tarp edges. The person I talked to there gave me a number to call but, that company did not manufature it either. I keep coming up blank on this product. It seems to be a mystery as to who makes it.
