Pintail paint problems??

I have a question regarding the paint on the standard size pintails. I bought some last year along with some wigeon decoys and I used them toward the end of the season, and I was washing them off with my garden hose and some dish soap and I noticed alot of the paint was coming off around the head. Any one else had any problems? Thanks
