Pintail Paint problems

Sorry I posted this last week and never got back to my computer to read it. I have some pintail decoys that the paint is peeling off only after about maybe 1/2 of hunting the max. I was wondering if theres any kind of touch up paint I can use. I take very good care of my decoys and alot of the paint on the heads and body's is coming off.

How old are these decoys, and could you post a picture. A call to customer service @ 800-333-5119 will not hurt !
