Great day to be a goose hunter in NC. We went out this morning field hunting and took some soon to be new goose hunters and bagged 30 geese. Great day they really decoyed well. The groups were 5 to 20 and spread out about 10 min apart. We were using Finisher blinds, powerhunter, and migrator. Had shells and alot of Avery fullbodies. Cup thanks for the Zink call info really worked this morning. Avery products done themselves proud today. Can't wait to go next week. Need us an Avery flag though like Joe Williams has(hint hint).:) :) :) :) If we keep this up we will need an Avery distributor in the area to keep up with the demands for decoys and products by Avery.

That sounds like a great hunt. Do you have any pictures from the hunt? Thanks for the support of our brand and keep up the good work the rest of the season.

It would be awesome to be able to see some pictures from your hunt. Hopefully you were able to get a few. Let us see how your blinds were mudded up. Did you use KillerWeed to hide them? What decoys were you using? Were they Pro-Grade or FFD? Were your shells on Universal Motion Stakes? Please update us on the details of the hunt and keep us informed on the rest of your season. Thank you for using Avery and Greenhead Gear products.

Good Hunting!

Get those pictures worked out Ron!

Just wait until you add the Motion Kits to your Hunter Series, you'll be beating them off with a stick.

Great job guys, glad you like the Zink Polycarb, it is a great call, and very user friendly. Keep at 'em.

Guys,

We got a few pictures, but we forgot our digital so we had to use a disposable camera. Will have them uploaded soon. We used the grasss off the land to blend in. We used hunter series decoys with mirages on stakes. Paul just installed the motion stakes today will use them this weekend. Man they are not user friendly on older decoys. We hope to be getting some new decoys soon. Going to order them online.(would like to see some in person before to be able to tell difference in details). Does Avery have any dealers near Charlotte, NC.? Paul the Zink boys would be proud of the action that was coming of the sounds of the old Zink calls. Maybe we will get a dealer local as well on these. Hope everyone has a great season as well.

Ron,

I don't have the benefit of confirming through the office if these dealers are still "active" but I know of two stores close to you that might be able to help you: Better Baits in Lincolnton and The Great Outdoors in Cherryville.

Ron, sounds like y'all had a great shoot. Who picked 'em up?

I think Ron is telling us to get off our butt and get into NC stronger than we are now.

Just what I think.

Paul,
Hey buddy hope you and Joe had a good weekend at the hunt tests. I see that they have Better Baits and Great Outdoors listed. I know the situation and so do you about the Greatoutdoors. Better baits is not around anymore I believe. Hopefully we will get some Pro staffers in this area as well that can be of assistance. If their is one around I know none of us knows of him or sees him.(or her don't want to be incorrect). Also Paul does the new Avery goose decoys come with predrilled holes or directions with them for the motion stakes? Do they come already installed?
