FFD Elite harvester pack Motion Cones

I have ordered a couple of the FFD Elite Canada harvester packs (heaven only knows when they will be shipped) and I had a question regarding the decoys which will have the motion cone system. Will the motion system that comes with the harvester packs have the new cones that you are able to lock when it gets too windy, or will they some with the older cone system which does not give you the ability to "freeze" them in position?
