I'm sure I read somewhere there is an improvement in the design with the Real Motion Kit - whereby the decoy can be locked to the stake in cases of high wind ??? Can some one add to this and especially post up a pic. with the new design ?This will definitly sell me on the idea of changing my hunter series to motion wind assisted deeks.
Thanks in advance.

from my experience they stay on the stakes very well, hunted in 40 knot winds last year and never had one blow off.

2 Shot,
I do not have pics at this time and maybe someone with the new cones can assist me with one......but for now I can tell you there is a slot cut in the cone opposite the 45* angle cut that gives the motion to the cone. You turn the stake the opposite direction of normal for motion and snap it into the slot. No movement!! Great idea to add to already the best motion system on the planet!!
Hope this helps?!

Does this totally eliminate the motion so that the decoys are dead still, or do they still kind of wobble in the locked position??
Thanks,
Matt

How do the motion stakes work when it comes to hard slightly frozen ground? Is there any good way to get them in the ground? Let me know what you guys think! This is my first year switching to stakes.

The new system works very well. Nice addition to eliminate the motion when it isn't needed, or when the wind is really blowing hard.

Hey Mark! Hope all is well. How is your season going? I haven't seen any pics on here? Email me, I need your address again. The new cones work great. Here's a couple pics I took for you.

In high wind, you will still get some movement with the stakes in the locked position. This is an awesome addition to a revolutionary product.
Thanks,

Thanks very much for the prompt and informative answer to my question !
This forum is great for having questions answered quickly and with pic's posted - clear as a bell. AWSOME !!!!!!!!
Hi TJ - hope your hunting ( if started,) is going well and you are out there getting heaps and enjoying yourself ? I will send you a pm as I would love a catch up. On the pic's scene, I will need to read the posting section again and then try and put a few up. Although our goose season is open still, the birds are mating and pairing up so I haven't been out alot.
Looking forward to seeing alot of fine spread shots and victory pic's !
Again thanks guys
